Salary: R193 359 – R227 766 per annum + benefits (13th cheque, pension, housing & medical aid)
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 9 (Std 7) – No Matric required
Appropriate experience working with communities & informal settlements
Computer literacy
Valid driver’s licence (Code B/EB)
What you’ll do:
Provide health education & support to patients and communities
Plan and run health projects in facilities, schools & communities
Liaise with local government & stakeholders for integrated health care
Support the Health Facility Manager with community health initiatives
Monitor & evaluate service delivery programmes
