Career Opportunities: Contact Centre Agent (2757)

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This role will provide direct, efficient, and high-quality service to all SANRAL’s customers and stakeholders by handling inbound and outbound communication across multiple channels. The role will ensure accurate dissemination of information, resolution of queries and complaints, enhance customer and stakeholder satisfaction by promoting consistency, professionalism, and accountability in every customer interaction. The Contact Centre Agents will be required to operate in the Call Centre, Claims and SANRAL Projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

NQF 5 Certificate in Contact Centre / Customer Service
Three (3) years minimum relevant experience in a contact centre / call centre environment.

EMPLOYMENT EQUITY
Appointments will be made in accordance with SANRAL’s Employment Equity plan.
