Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience with Customer Service and Customer Relations (Toyota experience would be advantageous)
A reputation for delivering exceptional service – every time (Provide references)
Strong knowledge of the automotive service process
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (E-Toyota, V10 Motodata and similar platforms would be advantageous)
Valid driver’s license
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Other languages would be advantageous)
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients and ensuring their vehicles are booked in efficiently
Understanding customer concerns and accurately recording repair instructions
Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery
Keeping clients updated throughout the repair process
Upselling value-added service, maintenance products, warranty, and service plans
Delivering a memorable, premium customer experience at every interaction
