We’re hiring a General Worker (Crate Washer) to join the Production team. The role is responsible for meeting daily production targets, maintaining product integrity, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain product quality in the Production Department
Keep the work environment clean and organized
Follow all company procedures and safety rules
Conduct basic maintenance on assigned equipment
Ensure hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, and health & safety standards are followed
Accurately complete necessary documentation
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Production experience is an advantage
Must be able to work shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and night shift)
Must be able to work in hot manufacturing conditions
Skills and Competencies:
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
Willing to work overtime and weekends
Committed to continuous improvement
